Available as a contractor, Lisa has most recently worked in the Government Agency sector, and telecommunications.
Previous permanent roles have seen Lisa successfully:
– leading a team of 5 HR Advisors across the Auckland Region for NZ Defence Force
– managing the NZ HR function in a stand-alone role, for a large multi-national Healthcare company across two sites in NZ
– managing an international recruitment function
– working on policy development within a District Health Board
– providing HR advice, including policy development and implementation within the education sector
– providing HR advice/contract services to small local businesses.
